  1. Choosing the residence route

We assess first permits, renewals or changes of status, including sociolaboral, social, socioformativo or familiar arraigo where appropriate.

  2. Long-term residence assessment

We examine lawful residence, continuity and documents to assess national or EU long-term residence. Arrival date alone does not establish eligibility.

  3. Preparing the application

We prepare forms and submissions, check supporting evidence and coordinate translations and legalisation required for the application.

  4. Filing and communications

We carry out filing and follow-up covered by the engagement. We review any information request or decision and the steps it requires.

Before deciding

What to know
before an enquiry.

Documents, payment and service limitations, with clear expectations.

Which residence routes can you assess?

First permits, renewals and changes of status, as well as arraigo and long-term residence. Each route has its own conditions, so we first assess which fits your circumstances.

Official information
Is spending five years in Spain enough for long-term residence?

Counting from arrival is not enough. The applicable grounds, lawful and continuous residence, absences and other conditions must be checked. The authorisation and the TIE card are distinct.

What does the lawyer do with the documents?

The lawyer identifies required materials, prepares submissions and forms and checks consistency before filing. The client supplies personal documents and requested information.

Are translation and in-person support included?

We can coordinate translations and accompaniment with an interpreter when your attendance is required. Before engagement, we clarify what the quote includes and which services are priced separately.

What happens if my application is refused?

We examine the decision, reasons and notification date. Depending on the file, we assess correcting documents, a fresh application or an appeal. We agree the scope and cost before taking those steps; a favourable decision is not guaranteed.

How are the service fees agreed?

The quote depends on your procedure and the work required. We specify preparation, filing, follow-up and any additional services, together with applicable official fees and expenses.
