Do I need to send documents straight away?

No. For the first message, contact details and a brief question are enough. Don’t include your passport or confidential documents.

Does NEXEVO guarantee the outcome?

We are responsible for the legal work within the agreed engagement: assessment, document preparation and the agreed steps. Court or administrative decisions and the other party’s position depend on the circumstances. The lawyer explains the prospects and risks after reviewing the materials.

Which type of residence applies to me?

It depends on the reason for moving, current status and other circumstances. We clarify these in the first conversation and determine what needs reviewing.

Are an NIE and a residence permit the same thing?

No. A foreigner identity number does not itself replace a residence permit. We must separately determine the right procedure for your enquiry.

Can I enquire about renewing or modifying a permit?

Yes. Tell us the permit type, its validity and what has changed in your situation. The possibility and conditions of a further application are assessed individually.
