How do I start working with NEXEVO?
Briefly describe the matter: what happened, what you need to achieve and any deadlines. We will clarify the circumstances, identify the appropriate lawyer and agree the consultation format. You can contact us about personal, property or business matters.
Can I contact you from outside Spain?
Yes. We can start discussing your case and preparing documents while you are abroad. Tell us where you are and what you need to resolve. The lawyer will explain the available working arrangements and which later steps require your attendance.
What happens during a consultation?
The lawyer clarifies the facts, reviews the materials provided and explains the options and risks. We then identify any further documents or information needed and the work you can instruct us to carry out. We agree the consultation format, scope and fee in advance.
What does the service include and how are fees set?
The scope depends on the matter: advice, document preparation and review, negotiation, filing, representation or follow-up. We agree the tasks and fees before starting. We specify official fees, translations and in-person support separately where needed.
What should I include in my first enquiry?
Describe the matter, your role and relevant dates. Mention whether there is already a contract, application, decision or communication from another party. A brief description and your contact details are enough; we will agree the documents and how to share them separately.
Does submitting the form start the service?
No. The form is a request for initial contact. The scope, terms and price of any further work are agreed separately.
Do you handle matters beyond immigration?
Yes. NEXEVO handles personal, property and business matters: real estate, inheritance, contracts, banking and insurance disputes, and criminal and administrative issues. We also help with company legal needs, vehicles and fines. We identify the appropriate professional for your enquiry.
Do I need to send documents straight away?
No. For the first message, contact details and a brief question are enough. Don’t include your passport or confidential documents.
Does NEXEVO guarantee the outcome?
We are responsible for the legal work within the agreed engagement: assessment, document preparation and the agreed steps. Court or administrative decisions and the other party’s position depend on the circumstances. The lawyer explains the prospects and risks after reviewing the materials.
How can a lawyer help with buying, selling or renting a home?
For housing matters, we review the documents and transaction terms, prepare or check contracts and explain the risks identified. Where needed, we agree support with negotiations and subsequent steps. You can also contact us about disputes with a landlord, tenant, seller or buyer.
Do you help with inheritance matters in Spain?
Yes. We assess the family and property circumstances, available wills and documents, and the materials needed. We help prepare documents and carry out the agreed steps. We take account of any connections to several countries or disputes between heirs.
Can I contact you about a bank or loan dispute?
Yes. We review the agreement, statements, calculations and correspondence with the bank. The lawyer assesses disputed terms or charges and the available options. Depending on the engagement, we prepare claims, negotiate or represent your interests.
How can you help if an insurer refuses to pay?
We review the policy, incident documents, claim and insurer’s response. We identify the facts and evidence that need clarification and assess the options. We agree any work on claims, negotiation or representation after reviewing the case.

Yes. We assess administrative and criminal matters with the appropriate lawyer. In your first enquiry, say what happened, which document you received and the dates it contains. After the assessment, we agree the necessary steps and scope of representation.

Which type of residence applies to me?
It depends on the reason for moving, current status and other circumstances. We clarify these in the first conversation and determine what needs reviewing.
Are an NIE and a residence permit the same thing?
No. A foreigner identity number does not itself replace a residence permit. We must separately determine the right procedure for your enquiry.
Can I enquire about renewing or modifying a permit?
Yes. Tell us the permit type, its validity and what has changed in your situation. The possibility and conditions of a further application are assessed individually.
Is living in Spain for a set period enough?
No. Nationality by residence involves assessing the period of legal and continuous residence applicable to your case and other requirements, including conduct and integration.
Are exams and other evidence required?
Exams, exemptions and documents are reviewed according to the applicant’s circumstances. We don’t use an identical list for everyone.
Can I enquire if I’ve already applied?
Yes. Briefly state the stage of your application and your question. Before starting, we’ll separately agree on the support we can offer.
Does the same procedure apply to all families?
No. The procedure depends, among other factors, on the nationality and status of the person in Spain and the family relationship. We must first determine the right route.
Can we start if family members are still abroad?
Yes, we can start by discussing the situation. Family members’ location is taken into account when determining the procedure and sequence of actions.
Do documents need translation and legalisation?
This is checked for the specific documents and procedure. Before ordering translations, it is advisable to agree on the materials and submission requirements.
Does any remote job qualify?
No. The specific employment or professional arrangements must meet the conditions for international remote work. Working online alone is not enough.
Are the visa and residence permit the same procedure?
They are different application routes. The appropriate route must be determined according to where you are and your other circumstances.
Can I enquire about moving with my family?
Yes. Family applications involve assessment of the relevant conditions and documents. The scope and price for each participant are agreed separately.
Are applying for protection and changing status the same service?
No. An initial application and a move to another permit are different enquiries. The scope of support is defined after assessing your circumstances.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
Your enquiry is saved for the team. After reviewing it, we agree on how to hold the first conversation and clarify the details needed.
Does sending an enquiry commit me to the service?
Sending the message does not mean engaging a full service. The consultation format, terms and any further work are agreed separately.
